Most rooms take bookings through local platforms rather than their own website — here's the standard process.

Most Chinese escape rooms are immersive, narrative-driven experiences rather than pure puzzle rooms. Don't come in with a "solve the puzzle" mindset — let yourself fully immerse in the story, become part of it, and enjoy interacting with it.
Most rooms are performance/narrative-focused, and some themes include light physical contact. If this concerns you, just let the venue know clearly before your session starts that you don't want physical contact.
Some rooms offer an English translation service or fully English audio clues — we recommend choosing rooms marked "English Available," or contacting the venue through us in advance to confirm.
For popular rooms, book 3-7 days ahead; for holidays or in-demand rooms, book about two weeks out. Off-peak slots are often available same-day. If you need the venue's translation service, please book at least 7 days in advance.
Most venues allow joining another group, but if you need translation service, please book a private session instead, so it doesn't affect your experience or that of the other Chinese players in the group — exact policy depends on the venue. If you're short a few players but still want to play, you can usually just pay for the minimum required number of tickets and play anyway.
Cancellation policies vary by venue. Most platforms allow free rescheduling within a certain window before your session — read the terms before booking.
